🐾 Return & Refund Policy – PetKindly

At PetKindly, we care about your pets as much as you do. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help — kindly, fairly, and promptly.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

To request a return, email us at petcare@petkindly.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A brief explanation (optional but appreciated)

Once approved, we'll send return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Send a clear photo and your order number to petsykindly@gmail.com.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed

Note: If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened food, treats, or grooming items

  • Used products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards
